We initially applied a temporary silicone seal to temporarily stop water entering the home before proposing a full roof replacement.
The existing decramastic tile roof had multiple leaks, dents and rust, particularly along the ridges. After assessing the condition of the roof, we recommended a full replacement rather than continuing with temporary repairs.
After confirming the existing roofing was asbestos-free, we removed the old roofing and prepared the roof for replacement. We installed new COLORSTEEL Maxam .55 in Iron Sand using the MC760 trapezoidal profile. The work included new purlins, underlay, roofing sheets and flashings.
The full roof replacement was completed in just three days, replacing the old decramastic tile roof with a new COLORSTEEL roofing system.
