The assessment must relate to a genuine enquiry for roofing work that we provide.
Pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections are not included as part of our free assessment and will incur an inspection/call-out fee.
The free assessment is not a comprehensive building inspection or formal roof condition report.
Written reports, specialist investigations or additional diagnostic work may incur a fee. This will be advised before any chargeable work is undertaken.
The property must be within our normal service area.
Roof Repair Specialists Ltd reserves the right to decline a free assessment where the enquiry is outside our scope of work, service area, or assessment criteria.
Submitting a free assessment request does not guarantee that Roof Repair Specialists Ltd will attend the property or provide a quotation.
